Traveling Registered Nurse

Utilize the nursing process to provide individualized care, collaborate with physicians on treatment plans, and coordinate patient education and triage. Manage patient assessment, outcomes planning, and implementation across all phases of preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, and follow-up. Practice within the full scope of nursing expertise and adhere to state licensure standards and the Nurse Practice Act. Maintain required department-specific competencies and certifications while supporting the continuum of care for patients in underserved communities.
