Job Summary
Utilize the nursing process to provide individualized care, collaborate with physicians on treatment plans, and coordinate patient education and triage. Manage patient assessment, diagnosis, outcomes planning, and follow-up across the continuum of care while adhering to the Nurse Practice Act and state licensure standards. Ensure competency in age and population-specific standards within the assigned clinical setting at Bismarck Med Ctr. This 12-hour night shift role requires 36 weekly hours and at least one year of RN experience with six months of travel background. Candidates must live 60 miles from the location. Contracts are 14 weeks with extension options, and weekly pay includes a stipend.
Required Qualifications
- At least one year of experience
- At least six months of travel experience
- Live at least 60 miles from the location applied for
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program
- Bachelor's Degree in nursing
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring
- Possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state
- Obtains and subsequently maintains required department specific competencies and certifications
- Accept a drug screen
- Accept pre-employment background screening
