Utilize the nursing process to provide individualized care, collaborate with physicians to plan and evaluate treatment, and coordinate patient assessment, education, and triage across the continuum of care. Maintain competency within the full scope of nursing practice while adhering to the Nurse Practice Act and American Nurses Association standards. Manage patient education and preventative care for individuals moving through diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up phases.
