Traveling Registered Nurse

Utilize the nursing process to provide individualized care, including patient assessment, triage, education, and coordination of care across the continuum. Collaborate with physicians and inter-professional colleagues to plan, implement, and evaluate care while adhering to the Nurse Practice Act and state licensure standards. Manage patients through preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up phases within the assigned clinical setting. Maintain competency in age and population-specific standards and obtain required department certifications.
