Traveling Registered Nurse

Provide individualized nursing care to patients using the nursing process, including assessment, diagnosis, outcomes planning, implementation, and evaluation. Collaborate with physicians and inter-professional colleagues to plan and evaluate care across the continuum of preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up. Coordinate care, perform patient triage, conduct patient education, and execute various nursing interventions while adhering to the Nurse Practice Act and American Nurses Association standards. Requires an unencumbered RN license, a Bachelor's degree preferred, and availability for 36 weekly hours at Sanford Med Ctr Fargo.
