Job Summary
Utilize the nursing process to provide individualized care, collaborating with physicians to plan, implement, and evaluate treatment for patients across all phases of preventative care, diagnosis, and follow-up. Manage patient assessment, triage, education, and various nursing interventions while adhering to the Nurse Practice Act and American Nurses Association standards. Requires an unencumbered RN license and a Bachelor's degree preferred; 36-hour weekly schedule at Sanford Med Ctr Fargo with a starting rate of $2,758.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring
- Possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state
- Obtain and subsequently maintain required department specific competencies and certifications
- Pass a drug screen
- Pass pre-employment background screening
