Job Summary
Utilize the nursing process to provide individualized care, collaborating with physicians to plan, implement, and evaluate treatment for patients across all phases of the continuum. Manage patient assessment, triage, education, and preventative care while adhering to the Nurse Practice Act and American Nurses Association standards. Maintain competency in age and population-specific clinical settings within the full scope of nursing expertise. Requires an accredited nursing degree, unencumbered RN license, and multistate licensure if applicable. Starting rate is $2,758 weekly for 36 hours at Sanford Med Ctr Fargo.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring
- Possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state
- Obtain and subsequently maintain required department specific competencies and certifications
- Pass a drug screen
- Pass pre-employment background screening
