Job Summary
Provide individualized nursing care to patients across all phases of preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up. Utilize the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate outcomes while collaborating with physicians and inter-professional colleagues. Manage patient triage, patient education, and care coordination within the scope of nursing practice and state licensure standards. Maintain competency in age and population-specific standards for the assigned clinical setting at Bismarck Med Ctr.
Required Qualifications
- At least one year of experience
- At least six months of travel experience
- Live at least 60 miles from the location applied for
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring
- Possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state
- Obtain and subsequently maintain required department specific competencies and certifications
- Obtain a drug screen
- Pass pre-employment background screening
