Job Summary
Provide individualized nursing care to patients using the nursing process, including assessment, diagnosis, outcomes planning, implementation, and evaluation. Collaborate with physicians and inter-professional colleagues to plan, implement, and evaluate care across the continuum of preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up. Manage patient triage, education, and various nursing interventions while adhering to the Nurse Practice Act and state licensure standards. Requires at least one year of experience, six months of travel experience, and living within 60 miles of Bemidji, MN. Weekly pay includes stipend with 14-week contracts.
Required Qualifications
- At least one year of experience
- At least six months of travel experience
- Live at least 60 miles from the location applied for
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program
- Bachelor's Degree in nursing
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring
- Possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state
- Obtains and subsequently maintains required department specific competencies and certifications
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
- Must be available for weekend shifts
- Valid driver's license
