Job Summary
Utilize the nursing process to provide individualized care, manage patient triage, and coordinate care plans across all phases of preventative care, health maintenance, and treatment. Collaborate with physicians and inter-professional colleagues to implement and evaluate care while adhering to state practice standards and the American Nurses Association Code of Ethics. Deliver patient education and various nursing interventions within the full scope of expertise for patients moving along the continuum of care at Sanford Med Ctr Fargo. Requires an unencumbered RN license, BSN preferred, and 36 weekly hours at a starting rate of $2758.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program
- Bachelor's Degree in nursing
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring
- Possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state
- Obtains and subsequently maintains required department specific competencies and certifications
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
- Must be available for weekend shifts
- Valid driver's license
