Job Summary
Utilize the nursing process to provide individualized care, collaborate with physicians to plan and evaluate treatment, and manage patient triage, education, and follow-up across the continuum of care. Assess patients in all phases of health maintenance and diagnosis, while practicing within the full scope of nursing expertise and state Nurse Practice Act standards. Maintain competency in age and population-specific standards for your assigned clinical setting at Bemidji Medical Center. This 12-hour rotating shift role requires 36 weekly hours and at least one year of RN experience with six months of travel experience. Candidates must live at least 60 miles from the location. Solutions By Sanford offers 14-week contracts with weekly pay including stipends, alongside Sanford benefits.
Required Qualifications
- At least one year of experience
- At least six months of travel experience
- Live at least 60 miles from the location applied for
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring
- Possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state
- Obtains and subsequently maintains required department specific competencies and certifications
- Accept a drug screen
- Accept pre-employment background screening
