Job Summary
Conduct individualized nursing care for patients across all phases of preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up using the nursing process. Collaborate with physicians and inter-professional colleagues to plan, implement, and evaluate care while performing patient assessment, education, triage, and coordination of care. Maintain competency within the full scope of nursing expertise and adhere to the Nurse Practice Act and American Nurses Association standards. Live at least 60 miles from the Bemidji, MN location for a 14-week contract with rotating 12-hour shifts totaling 36 hours weekly. Required Qualifications
- At least one year of experience
- At least six months of travel experience
- Live at least 60 miles from the location applied for
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring
- Possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state
- Obtains and subsequently maintains required department specific competencies and certifications
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring and/or possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state
- Obtains and subsequently maintains required department specific competencies and certifications
- An accepted offer will require a drug screen and pre-employment background screening as a condition of employment
