Job Summary
Utilize the nursing process to provide individualized care, collaborating with physicians to plan, implement, and evaluate treatment for patients across all phases of preventative care, diagnosis, and follow-up. Conduct patient assessments, triage, and education while coordinating care within the scope and standards of the Nurse Practice Act. Maintain competency in age and population-specific standards for the assigned clinical setting at Sanford Med Ctr Fargo. Requires an unencumbered RN license and a Bachelor's degree preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program
- Bachelor's Degree in nursing
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring
- Possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state
- Obtains and subsequently maintains required department specific competencies and certifications
- An accepted offer will require a drug screen
- An accepted offer will require a pre-employment background screening
