Job Summary
Utilize the nursing process to provide individualized care, collaborate with physicians to plan and evaluate treatment, and coordinate patient assessment, education, and triage across the continuum of care. Practice within the full scope of nursing expertise and adhere to the Nurse Practice Act and American Nurses Association standards while managing preventative care, health maintenance, and follow-up for patients in underserved communities. Maintain unencumbered RN licensure and required departmental certifications to support these duties at Sanford Med Ctr Fargo, where you will work 36 hours weekly at a starting rate of $2758.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program
- Bachelor's Degree in nursing
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring
- Possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state
- Obtains and subsequently maintains required department specific competencies and certifications
- An accepted offer will require a drug screen
- An accepted offer will require a pre-employment background screening
