Job Summary
Utilize the nursing process to provide individualized care, collaborate with physicians on care planning, and manage patient triage, education, and follow-up across the continuum of care. Assess patients, implement interventions, and evaluate outcomes while adhering to the Nurse Practice Act and American Nurses Association standards. Maintain competency in age and population-specific clinical settings for preventative care, diagnosis, and treatment. Requires an unencumbered RN license, BSN preferred, and multistate licensure if in an NLC state. Starting rate is $2,758 weekly for 36 hours at Sanford Med Ctr Fargo.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring
- Possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state
- Obtain and subsequently maintain required department specific competencies and certifications
- An accepted offer will require a drug screen
- An accepted offer will require pre-employment background screening
