Traveling Registered Nurse

Provide individualized nursing care to patients across all phases of preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up. Utilize the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient outcomes while collaborating with physicians to coordinate care. Manage patient triage, education, and various nursing interventions within the full scope of practice as outlined by the Nurse Practice Act and American Nurses Association standards. Maintain competency in age and population-specific standards for the assigned clinical setting at Sanford Med Ctr Fargo.
