Job Summary
Utilize the nursing process to provide individualized care, collaborate with physicians to plan and evaluate treatment, and coordinate patient assessment, education, and triage. Manage the continuum of care from preventative health maintenance through diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up while adhering to state licensure standards and the American Nurses Association Code of Ethics. Maintain competency in age and population-specific clinical standards within the assigned setting. Requires at least one year of experience and six months of travel history, with a weekly 36-hour schedule including 12-hour night shifts. Live at least 60 miles from Bismarck, ND.
Required Qualifications
- At least one year of experience
- At least six months of travel experience
- Live at least 60 miles from the location applied for
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring
- Possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state
- Obtains and subsequently maintains required department specific competencies and certifications
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring and/or possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state
- Obtains and subsequently maintains required department specific competencies and certifications
- Must pass a drug screen
- Must pass pre-employment background screening
