Traveling Registered Nurse

Utilize the nursing process to provide individualized care, collaborate with physicians to plan and evaluate treatment, and coordinate patient assessment and education. Manage triage, implement interventions, and address preventative care, health maintenance, and follow-up across the continuum of care. Practice within the full scope of nursing expertise and adhere to the Nurse Practice Act and American Nurses Association standards. Requires an unencumbered RN license, BSN preferred, and 36-hour weekly schedule at Sanford Med Ctr Fargo.
