Job Summary
Utilize the nursing process to provide individualized care, collaborate with physicians on treatment plans, and coordinate patient education and triage. Manage patient assessment, diagnosis, and follow-up across the continuum of care while adhering to state licensure standards and the American Nurses Association Code of Ethics. This 12-hour night shift position at Bismarck Med Ctr requires 36 weekly hours and a minimum of one year of RN experience, including six months of travel history. Candidates must reside at least 60 miles from the facility. Contracts span 14 weeks with options to extend or relocate to other Sanford sites, with stipends included in the weekly pay rate.
Required Qualifications
- At least one year of experience
- At least six months of travel experience
- Live at least 60 miles from the location applied for
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring
- Possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state
- Obtains and subsequently maintains required department specific competencies and certifications
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring and/or possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state
- Obtains and subsequently maintains required department specific competencies and certifications
- An accepted offer will require a drug screen and pre-employment background screening as a condition of employment
