Traveling Registered Nurse

Provide individualized nursing care to patients using the nursing process, including assessment, diagnosis, outcomes planning, implementation, and evaluation. Collaborate with physicians and inter-professional colleagues to plan, implement, and evaluate care across the continuum of preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up. Manage patient triage, patient education, and various nursing interventions while adhering to the Nurse Practice Act and state licensure standards. Maintain competency within the full scope of nursing expertise for the assigned clinical setting at Bemidji Medical Center. Work rotating 12-hour shifts totaling 36 weekly hours with a 14-week contract option.
