Job Summary
Provide individualized nursing care to patients using the nursing process, including assessment, diagnosis, outcomes planning, implementation, and evaluation. Collaborate with physicians to plan and evaluate care across all phases of preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up. Coordinate patient care, perform patient education, and conduct triage while adhering to the Nurse Practice Act and state licensure standards. This 12-hour night shift position requires at least one year of RN experience and six months of travel experience. Candidates must live at least 60 miles from the Bismarck, ND location. Weekly pay includes a stipend, with 14-week contracts available for extension.
Required Qualifications
- At least one year of experience
- At least six months of travel experience
- Live at least 60 miles from the location applied for
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring
- Possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state
- Obtain and subsequently maintain required department specific competencies and certifications
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring and/or possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state
- Obtains and subsequently maintains required department specific competencies and certifications
- An accepted offer will require a drug screen
- An accepted offer will require a pre-employment background screening
