Job Summary
Utilize the nursing process to provide individualized care, collaborate with physicians to plan and evaluate treatment, and coordinate patient assessments, education, and triage across the continuum of care. Maintain competency within the full scope of nursing practice and adhere to state licensure standards and the American Nurses Association Code of Ethics. This 12-hour night shift requires 36 weekly hours with a 14-week contract option. Candidates must live at least 60 miles from Bismarck, ND, hold at least one year of RN experience, and possess six months of travel experience.
Required Qualifications
- At least one year of experience
- At least six months of travel experience
- Live at least 60 miles from the location applied for
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program
- Bachelor's Degree in nursing
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring
- Possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state
- Obtains and subsequently maintains required department specific competencies and certifications
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
- Must be available for weekend shifts
