Job Summary
Utilize the nursing process to provide individualized care, collaborate with physicians on care plans, and manage patient assessment, triage, and education. Deliver preventative care, health maintenance, and treatment interventions across the continuum of care while adhering to the Nurse Practice Act and American Nurses Association standards. Maintain competency in age and population-specific clinical standards within the assigned setting. Requires at least one year of experience and six months of travel experience, with a requirement to live 60 miles from Bismarck, ND. Offers 12-hour night shifts with a 36-hour weekly schedule and a 14-week contract option.
Required Qualifications
- At least one year of experience
- At least six months of travel experience
- Live at least 60 miles from the location applied for
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring
- Possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state
- Obtains and subsequently maintains required department specific competencies and certifications
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring and/or possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state
- Obtains and subsequently maintains required department specific competencies and certifications
- An accepted offer will require a drug screen
- An accepted offer will require a pre-employment background screening
