Job Summary
Utilize the nursing process to provide individualized care, collaborate with physicians on treatment plans, and coordinate patient education and triage. Manage patient assessment, diagnosis, outcomes planning, and implementation across the continuum of care while adhering to state practice acts and nursing standards. Maintain competency in age and population-specific standards within the assigned clinical setting at Chamberlain Medical Center. This 14-week travel contract requires at least one year of RN experience and six months of travel history. Candidates must live 60 miles from the location. Weekly pay of $3010 includes a stipend.
Required Qualifications
- At least one year of experience
- At least six months of travel experience
- Live at least 60 miles from the location applied for
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring
- Possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state
- Obtains and subsequently maintains required department specific competencies and certifications
- An accepted offer will require a drug screen
- An accepted offer will require pre-employment background screening
