Job Summary
Utilize the nursing process to provide individualized care, collaborate with physicians on treatment plans, and coordinate patient assessments and education. Manage triage, implement interventions, and evaluate outcomes while adhering to the Nurse Practice Act and state licensure standards. Ensure competency across all phases of preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, and follow-up within the assigned clinical setting. Maintain unencumbered RN licensure and complete required department-specific certifications. Live at least 60 miles from Bismarck, ND for a 12-hour night shift schedule with weekly pay including stipend. Contracts are 14 weeks with extension options.
Required Qualifications
- At least one year of experience
- At least six months of travel experience
- Live at least 60 miles from the location applied for
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring
- Possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state
- Obtains and subsequently maintains required department specific competencies and certifications
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring and/or possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state
- Obtains and subsequently maintains required department specific competencies and certifications
- Must pass a drug screen
- Must pass pre-employment background screening
