Job Summary
Utilize the nursing process to provide individualized care, collaborate with physicians on care plans, and manage patient triage, assessment, and education across the continuum of care. Practice within the full scope of nursing expertise, adhering to state licensure and the American Nurses Association standards. Maintain competency in age and population-specific clinical standards while supporting patients through preventative care, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up. Live at least 60 miles from the Bemidji, MN location and hold at least one year of nursing experience with six months of travel experience. Complete 12-hour rotating shifts totaling 36 hours weekly with a 14-week contract option, earning a salary between $3,262 and $4,158.
Required Qualifications
- At least one year of experience
- At least six months of travel experience
- Live at least 60 miles from the location applied for
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring
- Possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state
- Obtains and subsequently maintains required department specific competencies and certifications
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring and/or possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state
- Obtains and subsequently maintains required department specific competencies and certifications
- An accepted offer will require a drug screen
- An accepted offer will require a pre-employment background screening
