Job Summary
Utilize the nursing process to provide individualized care, assess patients, triage, and coordinate care plans across the continuum of health maintenance and treatment. Collaborate with physicians and inter-professional colleagues to implement and evaluate care while adhering to the Nurse Practice Act and American Nurses Association standards. Manage patient education and follow-up for individuals in underserved communities within the assigned clinical setting at Sanford Med Ctr Fargo.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program
- Bachelor's Degree in nursing
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring
- Possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state
- Obtains and subsequently maintains required department specific competencies and certifications
- An accepted offer will require a drug screen
- An accepted offer will require a pre-employment background screening
