Traveling Registered Nurse

Utilize the nursing process to provide individualized care, collaborate with physicians on care plans, and coordinate patient triage and education. Deliver interventions across the continuum of care, from preventative health maintenance to diagnosis and treatment follow-up, while adhering to the Nurse Practice Act and American Nurses Association standards.
