Job Summary
Conduct individualized nursing care for patients across all phases of preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up. Utilize the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient outcomes while collaborating with physicians and inter-professional colleagues. Manage patient triage, education, and care coordination within the full scope of nursing practice and state licensure standards. Requires an unencumbered RN license, BSN preferred, and 36 weekly hours at a starting rate of $2,758.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program
- Bachelor's Degree in nursing
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring
- Possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state
- Obtains and subsequently maintains required department specific competencies and certifications
- An accepted offer will require a drug screen
- An accepted offer will require a pre-employment background screening
