Job Summary
Utilize the nursing process to provide individualized care, including assessment, diagnosis, outcomes planning, implementation, and evaluation. Collaborate with physicians to plan and coordinate care across the continuum, covering preventative measures, health maintenance, treatment, and follow-up. Perform patient triage, education, and various nursing interventions while adhering to state practice acts and the American Nurses Association Code of Ethics. Requires an unencumbered RN license, accredited nursing degree, and multistate licensure if applicable. Starting rate is $2758 for 36 weekly hours at Sanford Med Ctr Fargo.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring
- Possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state
- Obtain and subsequently maintain required department specific competencies and certifications
- Accept a drug screen as a condition of employment
- Accept pre-employment background screening as a condition of employment
