Job Summary
Utilize the nursing process to provide individualized care, collaborate with physicians to plan and evaluate patient outcomes, and coordinate triage and patient education across the continuum of care. Practice within the full scope of nursing expertise, adhering to the Nurse Practice Act and American Nurses Association standards while addressing preventative care, health maintenance, and treatment needs. Maintain unencumbered RN licensure and obtain required department-specific certifications. Work 36 hours weekly at Sanford Med Ctr Fargo in Fargo, ND, with a starting rate of $2758.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program
- Bachelor's Degree in nursing
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring
- Possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state
- Obtains and subsequently maintains required department specific competencies and certifications
- An accepted offer will require a drug screen
- An accepted offer will require a pre-employment background screening
