Traveling Registered Nurse

Utilize the nursing process to provide individualized care, including assessment, diagnosis, triage, patient education, and coordination of care across the continuum of health maintenance and treatment. Collaborate with inter-professional colleagues, including physicians, to plan and evaluate care while demonstrating competency within the full scope of nursing expertise and state practice standards. Maintain unencumbered RN licensure and adhere to the Nurse Practice Act and American Nurses Association Code of Ethics.
