Job Summary
Utilize the nursing process to provide individualized care, collaborate with physicians on care plans, and manage patient triage, assessment, and education. Deliver preventative care and treatment across the continuum of health maintenance, diagnosis, and follow-up while adhering to state licensure and the Nurse Practice Act. Maintain competency in age and population-specific standards within the assigned clinical setting. Requires at least one year of RN experience and six months of travel experience. Live at least 60 miles from the Bismarck, ND location. Work 36 weekly hours on 12-hour night shifts. Contracts are 14 weeks with extension options.
Required Qualifications
- At least one year of experience
- At least six months of travel experience
- Live at least 60 miles from the location applied for
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring
- Possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state
- Obtain and subsequently maintain required department specific competencies and certifications
- Obtain a drug screen
- Pass pre-employment background screening
