Traveling Registered Nurse

Assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care for patients across the continuum of preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up. Collaborate with physicians and inter-professional colleagues to coordinate care, perform patient education, triage, and various nursing interventions while adhering to the Nurse Practice Act and state licensure standards.
