Job Summary
Utilize the nursing process to provide individualized care to patients across all phases of preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up. Collaborate with inter-professional colleagues, including physicians, to plan, implement, and evaluate care while practicing within the full scope of nursing expertise and state licensure standards. Coordinate care, conduct patient assessments, educate patients, and perform triage in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act and American Nurses Association Code of Ethics. This role supports underserved communities through travel staffing at Sanford Med Ctr Fargo in Fargo, ND. Starting rate is $2,758 weekly for 36 hours.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring
- Possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state
- Obtains and subsequently maintains required department specific competencies and certifications
- An accepted offer will require a drug screen
- An accepted offer will require a pre-employment background screening
