Job Summary
Assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care for patients across all phases of preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up. Collaborate with inter-professional colleagues, including physicians, to coordinate care and manage triage. Practice within the full scope of nursing expertise, adhering to the Nurse Practice Act and American Nurses Association standards. Requires an unencumbered RN license and a Bachelor's degree preferred; starting rate is $2,758 weekly for 36 hours at Sanford Med Ctr Fargo.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program
- Bachelor's Degree in nursing
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring
- Possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state
- Obtains and subsequently maintains required department specific competencies and certifications
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
- Must be available for weekend shifts
- Valid driver's license
