Job Summary
Utilize the nursing process to provide individualized care, collaborate with physicians on care plans, and manage patient triage and education. Assess patients across the continuum of care, implement interventions, and evaluate outcomes while adhering to the Nurse Practice Act and American Nurses Association standards. Maintain competency in age and population-specific clinical settings for patients in preventative care, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up. Requires at least one year of experience and six months of travel experience, with a starting rate of $3010 weekly for rotating shifts at Chamberlain Medical Center. Contracts are 14 weeks with extension options.
Required Qualifications
- At least one year of experience
- At least six months of travel experience
- Live at least 60 miles from the location applied for
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring
- Possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state
- Obtains and subsequently maintains required department specific competencies and certifications
- An accepted offer will require a drug screen
- An accepted offer will require pre-employment background screening
