Job Summary
Utilize the nursing process to provide individualized care, collaborate with physicians on treatment plans, and coordinate patient education and triage. Manage patient assessment, diagnosis, and follow-up across all phases of the continuum of care while adhering to state practice standards and the American Nurses Association Code of Ethics. Maintain competency in age and population-specific standards within your assigned clinical setting at Bismarck Med Ctr. This 12-hour night shift position requires a minimum of one year of RN experience and six months of travel experience, with a requirement to live at least 60 miles from the location. Weekly pay includes a stipend, and contracts are 14 weeks with extension options.
Required Qualifications
- At least one year of experience
- At least six months of travel experience
- Live at least 60 miles from the location applied for
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring
- Possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state
- Obtains and subsequently maintains required department specific competencies and certifications
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring and/or possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state
- Obtains and subsequently maintains required department specific competencies and certifications
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
Desired Qualifications
