Traveling Registered Nurse

Utilize the nursing process to provide individualized care, including patient assessment, education, triage, and coordination of care across the continuum. Collaborate with physicians and inter-professional colleagues to plan, implement, and evaluate care while adhering to the Nurse Practice Act and state licensure standards. Practice within the full scope of nursing expertise, addressing preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up for patients in underserved communities. Maintain unencumbered RN licensure and obtain required department-specific competencies. Work 36 hours weekly at Sanford Med Ctr Fargo in Fargo, ND, with a starting rate of $2758.
