Job Summary
Utilize the nursing process to provide individualized care, collaborate with physicians to plan and evaluate treatment, and coordinate patient assessment, education, and triage. Manage patients across the continuum of care including preventative health, diagnosis, and follow-up while adhering to the Nurse Practice Act and American Nurses Association standards. Maintain competency in age and population-specific clinical standards within the assigned Bismarck Med Ctr setting. Requires at least one year of RN experience, six months of travel experience, and a Bachelor's degree preferred. Live at least 60 miles from the location for this 12-hour night shift role.
Required Qualifications
- At least one year of experience
- At least six months of travel experience
- Live at least 60 miles from the location applied for
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program
- Bachelor's Degree in nursing
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring
- Possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state
- Obtains and subsequently maintains required department specific competencies and certifications
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
- Must be available for weekend shifts
- Valid driver's license
