Job Summary
Assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care for patients across all phases of preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up. Collaborate with physicians and inter-professional colleagues to coordinate care and perform patient triage and education. Practice within the full scope of nursing expertise and adhere to the Nurse Practice Act and American Nurses Association standards. Requires an unencumbered RN license, a Bachelor's degree preferred, and 36 weekly hours at a starting rate of $2758. Required Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring
- Possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state
- Obtain and subsequently maintain required department specific competencies and certifications
- Pass a drug screen
- Pass pre-employment background screening
