Traveling Registered Nurse

Utilize the nursing process to provide individualized care to patients across all phases of preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up. Collaborate with physicians and inter-professional colleagues to plan, implement, and evaluate care while demonstrating competency within the full scope of nursing expertise. Manage patient assessment, triage, patient education, and various nursing interventions in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act and state licensure standards. Maintain unencumbered RN licensure and required department-specific certifications. Live at least 60 miles from the location and possess at least one year of RN experience with six months of travel experience. Contracts are 14 weeks with the option to extend or move to another Sanford site.
