Job Summary
Provide individualized nursing care to patients using the nursing process, including assessment, diagnosis, outcomes planning, implementation, and evaluation. Collaborate with inter-professional colleagues to plan and coordinate care across the continuum, covering preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up. Manage patient triage, education, and various nursing interventions while adhering to the Nurse Practice Act and state licensure standards. Requires at least one year of RN experience and six months of travel experience, with a starting rate of $3010 weekly for 14-week contracts. Live at least 60 miles from the Chamberlain, SD location.
Required Qualifications
- At least one year of experience
- At least six months of travel experience
- Live at least 60 miles from the location applied for
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring
- Possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state
- Obtain and subsequently maintain required department specific competencies and certifications
