Job Summary
Deliver direct dental care including scaling, prophylaxis, x-rays, sealant applications, and fluoride treatments under general dentist supervision. Educate patients and parents on oral hygiene, assess dental conditions and medical histories, and guide families through the entire treatment process. Provide compassionate customer service by offering Same Day Care options and ensuring adherence to all government regulations and company standards. Work with a patient base of over 70% children, supported by a team of 2,000 employees creating over a million smiles annually.
Required Qualifications
- Current licensure as a Dental Hygienist in good standing
- CPR (BLS) from the ARC or AHA, including hands-on skill assessment
