Required Qualifications

  • Current Registered Dental Hygienist license in the state in good standing
  • 5 years’ experience
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Own reliable transportation
  • Willing to travel within a 3-hour radius
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and push/pull 200 pounds
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
