Job Summary
Deliver direct dental care to patients, including scaling, prophylaxis, x-rays, sealant application, and fluoride treatments under general dentist supervision. Provide oral hygiene instruction to patients and parents while assessing dental conditions and reviewing medical histories. Guide families through the entire treatment process and ensure adherence to all government regulations and company standards. Support the office by assisting with dental and perio charting and taking x-rays for patient records. Work with a diverse patient base where children comprise over 70% of visits. Earn a bi-weekly uncapped production bonus and monthly office performance bonuses.
Required Qualifications
- Current licensure as a Dental Hygienist in good standing
- CPR (BLS) from the ARC or AHA, including hands-on skill assessment
