Traveling Property Administrator

Job Summary
Oversee all office activities of residential and retirement communities while traveling daily to assigned locations. Perform occupancy changes in Yardi, process resident billing, and manage month-end closing procedures. Conduct general ledger reviews, pursue receivables, and ensure SOX compliance reporting. Maintain property files, vendor agreements, and certificates of insurance while managing payroll and administrative supplies. Collaborate with teams to forecast operations with 98% accuracy four months out. This role supports the Mission, Values, and Vision of Senior Village Management through continual improvement of the organization.
Required Qualifications
- Associates Degree or equivalent experience
- 2-4 years of experience in property management
- Ability to write clearly and concisely
- Ability to effectively communicate verbally with individuals and both large and small groups
- Ability to effectively work collaboratively as part of a team
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications
- Administrative experience
- Knowledge of Yardi
- Travel Required
Desired Qualifications
- Accounting or financial experience preferred
- Forecasting/projections experience preferred
