Job Summary
Oversee overall project management, preparing schedules for crews and subcontractors while managing jobsite documentation including daily logs, reports, inventories, and material tracking. Monitor project budgets, gross profit, and timelines to report risks proactively, overseeing change orders and scope adjustments. Lead teams end-to-end, reinforcing safety and quality through daily site meetings and hands-on oversight to ensure work meets industry standards. Maintain vehicles and equipment ready for response as an on-call position with 24/7 availability and variable hours.
