Job Summary
Oversee overall project management, preparing schedules for crews and subcontractors while managing jobsite documentation including daily logs, reports, inventories, and equipment records. Monitor project budgets, gross profit, and timelines to report risks proactively, handling change orders and scope adjustments. Lead teams end-to-end, reinforce safety and quality through daily site meetings, and maintain vehicles and equipment ready for response. Perform additional tasks as needed, including physical labor. This on-call position requires 24/7 availability and variable hours. You'll join a team focused on helping clients recover and rebuild during critical moments.
