Job Summary
Lead project management for moderately complex construction projects, directing and coordinating all facets of project work from preconstruction through closeout. Responsibilities include safety culture leadership, subcontractor coordination, buyout and pricing, submittal and shop drawing review, change request processing, schedule development, budgeting and cost forecasting, risk analysis, and ensuring alignment with Lean principles. Requires Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field, 7+ years of construction management experience, proficiency with MS Office and construction software, strong communication and leadership skills, and willingness to travel with possible relocation; assignment may include project sites and on/office work with non-traditional hours.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field
- 7+ years construction management experience
- Valid and unrestricted drivers license
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds
- May require periods of travel and/or relocation
- Must be willing to work non-traditional hours to meet project needs
- Frequent activity: Sitting, Viewing Computer Screen
- Occasional activity: Standing, Walking, Bending, Climbing, Reaching above Shoulder, Pushing, Pulling
